At MRCAS, the Training and Placement (T&P) Cell serves as a bridge between students and the corporate world. Our mission is to empower students with the skills, knowledge, and onfidence needed to succeed in their careers and excel in a competitive global environment.

The T&P Cell works proactively to enhance employability through a range of initiatives: skill development programs, workshops, industry interaction sessions, mock interviews, and career counseling. By collaborating with leading companies across diverse sectors, the cell ensures that students gain exposure to real-world corporate practices and are well-prepared for internships and campus placements.

Training and Placement Structure

The Training and Placement Cell at MRCAS follows a structured approach to prepare students for campus recruitment and corporate readiness. The program is designed to strengthen both technical and non-technical competencies, ensuring students are industry-ready.

1. Aptitude Training

Objective: Develop problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.

2. Soft Skills Development

Objective: Enhance interpersonal and professional skills for effective communication and workplace success.

3. Group Discussion (GD) Preparation

Objective: Train students to articulate ideas, build confidence, and work in a team setting.

4. Personal Interview (PI) Preparation

Objective: Equip students to confidently face interviews and present themselves professionally.
