Sports Scholarship

Sports Eligibility Criteria

Following are the details of the scholarship provided based on performance in sports.

Note: Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination of +2 board exam conducted by the government of Tamil Nadu, All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSC), Defence Service Staff College (DSSC), Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi and Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and International General Certificate of Secondary Education IGCSE New Delhi are eligible to apply.

Admissions Procedure

The admission for UG courses is done as per the Government and Madurai Kamaraj University Norms.
The College follows a meritorious, genuine, and transparent admission process.
Capitation fee is not entertained.
Candidates are strictly informed not to follow any other way to seek admission.
Admission is done only by the MRCAS Selection Committee.
The Selection Committee will recommend the programme to be offered to the candidate based on the marks obtained, the student’s interest and the Committee’s assessment.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview.
Selected Candidates need to pay the fees within three days of selection otherwise the offer of admission lapses.

Testimonials Required for Certificate Verification and Admissions

3 recent passport size and 2 stamp size photographs
Attested photocopies of the Higher Secondary Mark Sheet or its equivalent for admission to degree courses within three days of release of +2 Results
Selected candidates should deposit all the original certificates and two copies with the college.
Original Certificates to be submitted for admission are a. Higher Secondary Mark Sheet or its equivalent for admission to degree courses
Transfer Certificate from the Principal of the School last attended
Conduct Certificate from the Principal of the School last attended.
Community Certificate issued by a competent authority in the case of BC/MBC/SC/ST.
Provisional Eligibility Certificate from Madurai Kamaraj University (for students from other Boards/Universities within India or outside India).
