Dr. G. Mahesh is an Assistant Professor in Costume Designing and Fashion Technology. She is a continuous learner having 13 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Fashion and Apparel Designing which includes 5 years of exclusive experience in Skill Development programme.
She has received academic proficiency award in both PG and Ph.D programme and qualified UGC NET Examination. Her research interest includes natural fibres, nanotechnology application in textiles, eco-friendly finishing of textiles and natural dyeing.
She has publications in national and international journals and has presented her research work in various national and international conferences. She works with the student to create a supportive learning environment and encourage them to learn novel things in the fashion world.
