The Department of Visual Communication, Manikam Ramaswami College of Arts & Science (MRCAS), successfully organized a professional photography workshop titled “Frame the Moment”, in collaboration with Canon Experts – South Zone.

The workshop was designed to bridge academic learning with real-world industry practices, offering students hands-on exposure to:
✔ Camera handling techniques
✔ Composition & framing
✔ Lighting fundamentals
✔ Visual storytelling skills

Through live demonstrations and expert mentoring, students actively engaged in the sessions, received valuable feedback, and enhanced their technical confidence in photography.
