She began her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Sociology at Lady Doak College, Madurai. She then pursued a master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, gaining valuable insights from field experts through specialized training. To further enhance her skills, she acquired knowledge in Expressive Arts Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She successfully cleared the UGC-NET exam in 2023.
In addition to her academic achievements, she has actively contributed to the “Happy Schooling” project funded by the HCL Foundation. Her role included conducting life skills training for students at Madurai Corporation Schools. She is deeply passionate about equipping students with the tools to better understand themselves and others.
