The Department of Psychology of MRCAS organized a guest lecture program for the I & II-year students on the topic: Mental Health Matters-Lets start the conversation, curated by Mr. Harikrishnan Alingal,Assistant Professor of University college, Trivandrum.

The session was focused on the importance of Mental health with refrence to the Prodromal symptoms( earliest symptoms) leading way to psychopathology.

His session was filled with laughter and fun as he gave lively examples from day to day lives of students. It was a privilege to have him amongst us. It turned out to be an enriching and enlightening experience for all.  ✨💐
